Qualtrics is a robust web-based survey tool. The tool has an easy point-and-click interface, over 80 different question types, a library of surveys and questions, branching questions, a survey tracker to remind respondents, flexible reporting, and unlimited customer support.
Qualtrics is made available to the University of Georgia as a cost recovery service in support of teaching and research.
Some features of this service are:
Compatible: outputs SPSS, PDF, Word or comma-separated-values for Excel
Portable: full control of variable names in output files; surveys can be exported to pdf
Accessible: integrated mailing, scheduled delivery, dashboard of respondent status
Convenient: question templates, save & reuse questions in a library, UGA branding
No limits: unlimited access, surveys, recipients within or outside UGA (recipients do not need to have an account or be UGA affiliated)
How Do I Access Qualtrics?
Once you have an account (see below), you can access Qualtrics by logging in at the following webpage:
Use your assigned username and password (different from your MyID)
URL for Log In
As of June 12, 2017, do not include "www" in the URL to access your Qualtrics account. A URL with "ugeorgia.qualtrics.com" will work.

Faculty and Staff Access
Faculty and Staff may request an account by contacting their in-house Information Technology representatives. How Do I Receive Support for Qualtrics?
If you are experiencing access problems (not able to login to Qualtrics), please contact your in-house IT representatives or EITS Helpdesk at email@example.com or by phone at 706-542-3106.
Phone or e-mail assistance from Qualtrics is available during their normal business hours, 9:00am - 8:00pm Eastern Standard Time Monday-Friday (except holidays). Qualtrics will respond to support request calls or e-mails based on the order by which they are received.
