The Apple iPhone can do autosync with the UGAMail Exchange server, allowing you to sync contacts, your calendar, and your email with your phone. This tutorial follows version 4 of the iPhone OS (iOS), which also applies to iPad devices.
If this is the first email account on your iPhone, tap Mail.
Otherwise, tap Settings
Press Mail, Contacts, Calendars
Press on Add Account.
Tap Microsoft Exchange.
On older devices, or if it encounters a probem, you will be met with the Exchange setup window. Do the following:
Tap in the Email box and enter your full UGA e-mail address (firstname.lastname@example.org).
Tap in the Server box and enter outlook.office365.com
Tap in the Username box and enter your full e-mail address again.
Tap in the Password box and enter your password.
Optionally, tap in the Description box and enter a short description for the account (e.g. UGAMail)
Tap Next on the upper right corner of the screen.
Choose the type of information you want to synchronize. Important - By default, Mail, Calendar, and Contacts are all turned on, so any previous Contact or Calendar information have been using in your iPhone will be combined with the Contact/Calendar information on the UGAMail service. This may lead to duplicates. To turn off synchronization for a type of information, tap and slide the switch to OFF.
If you are prompted to create a new passcode, tap Continue and enter a numeric passcode. You'll need to enter the passcode twice.
