  • If you are forwarding your account to another email address, any legitimate messages that are incorrectly flagged as spam will not be forwarded, as the junk mail filter acts before your forward.
  • If you are forwarding your mail, we recommend disabling your Junk E-mail filter:
  1. Log in to
  2. Click on the Settings icon on the top right.
  3. Choose "Options"
  4. Click on "Block or Allow" on the left
  5. Select "Don't move mail to my Junk E-Mail folder"
  6. Press the "Save" button to save the changes


Doing this will increase the amount of spam you receive.
